I used Gemma during my divorce. I told her my husband had tried to murder me (via poisoning. I was admitted to St. Joe’s; they took out the other bed in my room & had a crash cart right next to me; my veins & arteries had collapsed, & I vomited hundreds of times between the Friday morning it started until then-husband took me to the ER on Monday).
She told me I needed to check myself into a psych ward,
She wrote a great case & then basically I got NOTHING, NADA, NOTHING because she (Gemma) simply allowed opposing counsel to not turn in ANY documents until the Friday before the Monday settlement.
