Latest News: Gemma Fenimore operates her law practice from her home. Her husband Tyler is her "runner" and referred to as her "paralegal". HOWEVER, www.fenimorelaw.com falsely advertises and attempts to mislead the public by falsely suggesting the "firm" has multiple attorney's. THAT IS FLAT OUT FICTION AND LIES TO DECEIVE THE PUBLIC!!!! It is clear to me, in how Gemma represented my mother, that Gemma is NOT qualified to practice law!! Don't hire someone you CAN NOT TRUST!!
Gemma Fenimore was appointed to represent my mother in a Guardianship case in 2016. For some distorted and sick reason, Gemma thought it was appropriate to contact the judge's office and falsely suggest that I was holding my dear mother captive and drugging her. This false and disturbing claim was made without any proof and just to cause trouble for me in the case. If it were true, why didn't Gemma call the Sheriff?? During a visit Gemma made to my mother's home, Gemma pushed in on my mother's door when my mother asked her to leave!! My mother called me frightened and concerned. My mother did not want Gemma representing her and Gemma did NOTHING that my mother asked her to do during the short period before Gemma QUIT, then demanded payment for her services, later dismissing her claim for lawyer fees to avoid a subpoena, of records that would incriminate her.
Gemma is CLEARLY upset by my rejecting her sexual advances and refusing to allow her to teach me law and how to manage my mother's guardianship case. Ever since these issues between Gemma and I presented themselves, Gemma has made several unfounded and false claims against me in her vindictive attempts at revenge. In the following webpage's, you can listen to actual audio of Gemma as she lies to a DPS detective and makes unfounded claims about me. In 2018, Gemma filed yet another false complaint when she called 911 claiming harassment, because I notified her of a complaint with the State Bar regarding several ethic violations.
Be wary of Mrs. Fenimore, not only is she mentally disturbed, she is quite incompetent as a lawyer!! As Gemma clearly admits in her audio recording, she often calls security into court rooms, as merely an attempt to use the court security as an intimidation tool during her cases.
